Participation in any activity, including sports such as pickleball and tennis, carries inherent risks, including severe eye injury or permanent vision loss, even when protective equipment is worn. By engaging in these activities, users acknowledge and accept these risks.

Brioti eyewear models are designed with varying levels of protection to meet a range of performance and impact-resistance needs. It is the consumer's responsibility to determine which model best suits their activity and desired level of protection.

While Brioti eyewear is thoroughly tested for impact resistance and performance, any impact can compromise the eyewear's protective capability. If your eyewear sustains an impact, both the lenses and frames should be replaced immediately. Failure to do so may result in a reduced level of protection and an increased risk of injury. If lenses or frames dislodge during use, immediately stop and replace the eyewear. Only use authentic Brioti replacement parts, as the use of non-Brioti parts may significantly increase the risk of injury.

It is also recommended that prior to any play session, you visually inspect your eyewear to ensure lenses and frames are properly inserted, seated, and free from damage. Cracked or improperly fitted eyewear may not provide the intended level of protection.
