Return & Exchange Policy

When you shop at BRIOTI.com, you are covered by our Pickle-Free Guarantee. Our goal is to elevate your playing experience with our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eyewear and Lenses
It can be challenging to assess a pair of Pickleball eyewear from your living room. For that reason, BRIOTI eyewear comes with a 30-day return and exchange period from the date of purchase. We encourage you to put them to the test on-court during that time. Please note that if it’s been longer than 30 days since your purchase, we can not offer you a return or exchange.

To qualify a return or exchange, eyewear must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and lenses included. Additionally, the eyewear and lens/es should not show any signs of damage beyond normal wear. Scratched frames and/or lenses will not be refunded. To help avoid scratched lenses, we recommend not setting eyewear and lenses on surfaces face down.

Apparel and Accessories
BRIOTI apparel and accessories come with a 30-day return and exchange period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, items must be returned in original, salable condition with original tags attached.

Return Shipping
For United States purchasers returning or exchanging a product within 30 days of purchase, BRIOTI will cover the cost of your return shipping label. International purchasers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
Depending on the item, an exchange will typically involve returning your original purchase and submitting a new order. This is the most efficient way to ensure you receive your new product promptly.

Initiating Your Return or Exchange
Initiating your self-serve return or exchange is easy, just follow these steps:

1. Click https://account.brioti.com, or click the account icon in the upper-right corner of your screen (next to the shopping cart icon) for desktop users. For mobile users, click the hamburger/navigation icon in the upper left hand corner of your screen, followed by the Account button at the bottom of the menu.
2. To login, enter the email used to complete your purchase, and click continue. You will be emailed a unique 6-digit code. Enter this code and click the Submit button.
3. Click the Request Return button located under the product/s you wish to return.
4. Select your reason for returning and include any additional notes, then click the Request Return button.
5. From there, the Brioti team will review your return request and be in touch with you.
6. If approved, the Brioti team will email you a return label. You will have 7 days for the return package to be received by courier. Please see below.

Return Label
After the Brioti team has approved your return and the return label is sent to the email provided when product was ordered, you have 7 days for your return to be received by the courier as indicated by the tracking number. If more than 7 days pass without the courier confirming receipt, Brioti reserves the right to cancel your return.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your item, it will be inspected by the BRIOTI team. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. While a confirmation email will be sent, please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
