Return & Exchange Policy

When you shop at BRIOTI.com, you are covered by our Pickle-Free Guarantee. Our goal is to elevate your playing experience with our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eyewear and Lenses
It can be challenging to assess a pair of Pickleball eyewear from your living room. For that reason, BRIOTI eyewear comes with a Free 30-day return and exchange period from the date of purchase. We encourage you to put them to the test on-court during that time. Please note that if it’s been longer than 30 days since your purchase, we can not offer you a return or exchange.

To qualify a return or exchange, eyewear must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and lenses included. Additionally, the eyewear and lens/es should not show any signs of damage beyond normal wear. Scratched frames and/or lenses will not be refunded. To help avoid scratched lenses, we recommend not setting eyewear and lenses on surfaces face down.

Apparel and Accessories
BRIOTI apparel and accessories come with a Free 30-day return and exchange period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, items must be returned in original, salable condition with original tags attached.

We want you to feel great about your gear! Please ensure items are tried on in a clean environment to keep them in their original condition. Apparel that shows signs of use, such as wear on-court, is not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
If you are located in the United States and included REDO Free Unlimited Returns when purchasing your items, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label for returns or exchanges initiated within 30 days of purchase.

For customers who did not include REDO Free Unlimited Returns, or for international purchasers, the full cost of return shipping will apply.

If you ordered prior to December 18, 2024, We will cover your return shipping

Exchanges
Depending on the item, an exchange will typically involve returning your original purchase and submitting a new order. This is the most efficient way to ensure you receive your new product promptly.

Initiating Your Return or Exchange
Initiating your self-serve return or exchange is easy, just follow these steps:

1. Access your Customer Portal.
2. Enter your email or zip, and order number or tracking number. Click "Find Order."
3. Follow the instructions in the portal to process your return or exchange.

Return Label
Once your return or exchange has been approved, you have 28 days to drop off your package with courier. If more than 28 days have passed, your label and return will expire. Your product will no longer be eligible for a return.

If you have questions or need additional help with your return, please email us at Hello@Brioti.com. Please include RETURN in the subject line of your email, and include the email address used when purchasing along with your order number in the body of your email.


Refunds

Upon receipt of your item, it will be inspected by the BRIOTI team. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. While a confirmation email will be sent, please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.

 

Holiday Returns 2024
For orders purchased between November 25th and December 25th, we’re offering an extended return and exchange period. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or until January 15, 2025, whichever is later.
