Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be inspected by the BRIOTI team. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. While a confirmation email will be sent, please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
