Shipping Policy
We offer $7 flat rate shipping on orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more include FREE SHIPPING. BRIOTI currently utilizes standard and economy shipping services for most orders.
Shipping Responsibility
Please ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate before placing your order. BRIOTI is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misrouted due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. BRIOTI is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. We are always happy to assist where possible.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Our goal is to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Availability
At this time, BRIOTI ships exclusively within the United States. We are actively working toward expanding shipping availability to additional regions, including Canada and Mexico, though we do not yet have a confirmed timeline.
