Eyewear Warranty
All BRIOTI eyewear is backed by a limited one year warranty from date of purchase, covering breakage due to manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of authentic and unmodified BRIOTI eyewear, and proof of purchase from BRIOTI.com or an Authorized BRIOTI Dealer, such as an order confirmation email or receipt clearly showing purchase details, is required.
BRIOTI has sole discretion in determining what qualifies as a manufacturing defect. If the product is deemed defective, BRIOTI has sole discretion to replace, repair, issue a gift card*, or process a refund for the product. If your warranty claim is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and taxes for the replacement product.
*In the event a gift card is issued for your approved warranty claim, it must be redeemed within 90 days of issuance. After the expiration of the 90 day period, your warranty claim and gift card will lapse.
Please be advised that the BRIOTI warranty program does not cover scratched lenses or wear and tear as a result of normal use. It also does not cover a product that has been lost, stolen, stepped on, sat on, run over, chewed on by your pet, smashed, shattered or exhibiting other damage caused by abuse, misuse or negligence.
Apparel Warranty
BRIOTI apparel is warrantied against manufacturing defects for 100 days from the date of purchase. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, and proof of purchase from BRIOTI.com or an Authorized BRIOTI Dealer, such as an order confirmation email or receipt clearly showing purchase details, is required.
Please be advised that the BRIOTI warranty program does not cover defects due to improper fit, nor does it cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse or negligence.
Warranty Claim
To start your warranty claim, please email us at Hello@Brioti.com. Please include WARRANTY in the subject line of your email, and include the email address used when purchasing along with your order number in the body of your email. Also include a photo of the defective item for our review. If purchased through an authorized BRIOTI dealer, please attach a copy of your receipt.
